Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Securely
Place your jewelry in its original packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure it arrives safely back at our studio.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
